FULL HOLIDAY HIRE AMOUNT
• This is payable within eight (8) weeks of your Arrival date
DEPOSIT
• The Booking Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
• We hold the Booking Deposit against damage, refundable within the week of departure subject to inspection
INSURANCE
• Holiday Travel insurance is advisable to protect you from penalty costs or related loss due to cancellation of your booking
• Typical insurance may be available to you from Guestfirst

• Our full terms and conditions of booking are sent to you at the time of booking or on request prior
• This is a summary of key conditions related to your decision to book and commitments arising from booking:
• The booking deposit in non-refundable in the event of cancellation by you or non-payment of the Holiday Hire Amount
• The Holiday Hire Amount is payable eight (8) weeks prior to your Arrival Date
• You are liable for the Holiday Hire Amount once the Deposit is paid
• If you cancel we will refund all or a fair part of the Holiday Hire Amount where we can rebook the dates at the same rate
• If we cancel we will refund your Deposit and Holiday Hire Amount except where it is due to breach of conditions by you
• The Lead Guest making the booking is liable for the booking contract and all conditions on behalf of all guests
• You are responsible for breakages, spillages, damage, misuse or abuse of the Townhouse, which we can deduct from your Deposit
• You are expected to leave the Townhouse in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived
• You must not exceed the number of agreed guests using the Townhouse during your stay
• Arrival is usually between 2pm and 6pm confirmed at the time of booking
• Departure is usually by 4pm on a Sunday or 11am on a weekday confirmed at the time of booking
• The style and nature of the Townhouse means we are unable to accept all-male bookings
